Bio:
Hello there! I am Natalie, an iPhone toting, breast feeding, accidental stay-at-home mom who is also a occasional substitute teacher. After an ADHD diagnosis, a job loss, and a pregnancy after 4 years of secondary infertility ALL IN THE SAME YEAR, I decided GOD was trying to tell me that I needed to stay home with my babies. Luckily the husband agreed. Did I mention that I am married to the most amazing, loving, and supportive man who just absolutely completes me? Because I am. Sorry if that is braggy. It was total luck that I met him if that helps. He is also 6 years younger than me. {Okay, enough of that, sorry that was the last brag, I swear.} He is a wonderful father to our 2 beautiful boys who due to the aforementioned infertility are EIGHT YEARS APART!! {sorry to shout so much but this stuff is CRAZY. There I go again…} So here I am in my thirties with a brand new baby, an almost nine year old, no job, a mountain of student debt, a traditional hubby who is more than okay with all of the above, and no game plan to change any of it. So here is my blog, a overshare journal of sorts of my adventures in mommyhood, wifedom, and learning how that shiny {insert appliance name here} works. Welcome to Mom-2-3!
xoxo,
natalie
Links disclosure:
On occasion you will see links in my post. There are three kinds of links that I use: links to other sites, links to other posts, and affiliate links.
Links to other sites: I link to other sites because there is information that is relevant to my post. I will also link other sites if I am giving attribution {that’s the same as giving credit} to another site for an idea or recipe. Like many of you, I am inspired by what I see on the web so when I write about it, I like to give credit where credit is due. I assure you that these links are not harmful or spammy. I would never intentionally send someone anywhere I wouldn’t go on the web. That being said, anything could happen in the future. These links are for the most part to large companies like the Food Network but sometimes they will be to other blogs I enjoy. In the future these bloggers may decide to do something else with their life in which case their domain could be sold to someone else. Therefore Mom-2-3 and the administrators of this site will not be held liable for any buggy links. If a link does not work or takes you somewhere it is clear I did not intend for you to go, please shoot me an email at mom23blog@gmail.com and kindly let me know.
Links to other posts: Sometimes, in order to give you a back story without repeating an entire post, I will link to another post so you know what the heck I am talking about.
Affiliate links: What is an affiliate link? It is a link that takes you to another website to show you the product I am mentioning in a post. If you choose to buy that product through my link, I get a small referral fee. Why would you want to buy something through my link? Well, running a blog costs money. There are web developer fees and hosting fees not to mention my time and any props I buy or stuff I do for the purpose of this blog. That being said I will never direct you to a product I do not own myself and love or site I do not use and recommend. I also will not link to anything that is irrelevant to my readers. You will probably not see an adverts or links to things like prepaid debit cards unless I get hacked. As of right now, my only affiliates are Amazon and iTunes. Anyone who knows me knows I love Amazon {I registered for my baby shower on Amazon!}. They usually have the best deals anyway so you are welcome. In any event, if you do choose to purchase an item I link to from Amazon, please know that I am not responsible for any damages arising from your purchase of that product or any subsequent buyer-seller relationship with Amazon; just like if a friend told you where to find the pair of jeans that she is wearing and your experience with that merchant or product is less than stellar. That being said, I personally have always received excellent customer service from Amazon when a purchase or product doesn’t work out one way or another. Of course you certainly are not obligated whatsoever to purchase anything from this blog. This blog is free entertainment for all who come here and I appreciate all 5 of you, I really do. The purpose of the links is so that if you see an item that I am using and you would like to purchase it for yourself, Amazon gives me a small thank you for referring a sale that they may not have otherwise had. Put that way, it seems fair right? Trust me, I’m not going to get rich this way, there are no yachts or fancy vacation homes here nor will there ever be. Thanks in advance for your understanding, support, and for not hating.
